Helpful scuba divers recover tourist's iPhone 13 from sea
Helpful scuba divers launched a full-scale rescue operation - to recover a tourist's phone from sea.
The hapless holidaymaker dropped the device into the water on Ko Loi island in Chonburi, Thailand, on May 8 evening.
Friends desperately tried to console the young girl as she pleaded for help to retrieve the expensive waterproof iPhone 13 smartphone.
The local rescue team arrived with luminous lights to shine through the darkness and find the phone in the 20ft-deep water.
Divers from the Sawangprateep Sriracha Rescue team found the device on the seabed around 30 minutes later, much to the girl's relief.
