This is the scary moment a deadly snake slithered through a woman's back garden while she was doing a hula hoop workout.

Dada Chanatda, 30, was exercising when she spotted the killer cobra from the corner of her eye at home in Bangkok, Thailand, on April 24.

The resident screamed and ran inside before going back to look for the serpent. CCTV shows how it suddenly re-emerged and charged at the terrrified woman.

Chanatda said: 'The incident changed the atmosphere of my exercise. That day, the weather was good, so I went out to do the hula hoop and listen to music to relax.

'But suddenly, the corner of my eyes glanced at something that moved. When I looked at it, it was a big black snake. So I hurried into the house, was able to calm myself and took the phone to take a picture. Then the snake came back in the same direction.'

Chanatda said she lost sight of the cobra when it slithered away. Security guards in the gated housing community were unable to find the reptile, which carries enought venom to kill a human with a single bite.
