The central face was the only element deliberately painted. The central face represents whatever the viewer sees in it. Viewers of this painting are also at liberty to impart any scenario they perceive about it. In the painting there is an additional element not mentioned in the video. Some people will see the bird, others will not unless it is pointed out to them
