May 2022 ‘Super Flower Blood Moon’ Lunar Eclipse 2
Millions in the Americas, Antarctica, Europe, Africa, and the east Pacific gazed upon the sky to witness a total lunar eclipse overnight from May 15 to 16.
The total lunar eclipse occurs on a Flower Moon, temporarily turning the super moon red, hence the name Super Flower Blood Moon.
The video owner used a Celestron Powerseeker 60AZ telescope and his smartphone to capture the image.
