Wild elephant chases, attacks tourist jeep in Sri Lanka
A group of tourists had a scary experience and a fortunate escape after a wild elephant chased and attacked their jeep in Sri Lanka.
The incident took place at the Hurulu Eco Park in Habarana city of the Anuradhapura district on May 12.
Dramatic visuals showed the wild elephant running towards the tourist jeep. The people in the jeep started to shout and scream, hoping to scare the big mammal away.
The pachyderm initially tried to push the jeep but after some time turned towards its right and went inside the jungle.
