An amusing video has emerged of a cat shaking her owner’s hand, in return for treats.

In the footage, captured by her owner at their home in Marina, CA, US earlier this month, ‘Ebi’ obediently puts her paw out for a handshake.

“I taught my cat Ebi to sit and shake hands for her meal several years ago,” the filmer later wrote online.

“In this video, she shakes hands with her left paw, right paw, then left/right 2 more times before shaking with both paws at the same time.”
