Hundreds of snails crawled into a woman's yard after heavy rain struck Hanoi.

Footage captured on May 12 shows a large trail of the gastropods making their way into the filmer's garden.

They said the snails seemed to move towards her shed. She attempted to drive them away but they kept coming back.

According to the woman, after a heavy rain she opened the door and suddenly discovered thousands of snails moving into her yard. She was very scared because snails were everywhere. The snails seem to be trying to move into her shed.
The woman then tried to drive the snails out of the yard, but they kept appearing more and more. Then the snails moved away after it was sunny.
Perhaps the snails were afraid that the rain would cause flooding, so they tried to find shelter.
