Impressive footage of glowing rockfalls at Mount Sinabung volcano in Sumatra, Indonesia.

Writing online about the video, the filmer said: “At the beginning of July 2015, Sinabung volcano's lava dome continued to generate pyroclastic flows and glowing rockfalls. This video includes a particularly spectacular nightime rockfall with large amounts of glowing rocks cascading down the flank of the volcano.”

The 2,460-metre (8,070-foot) volcano became active again in 2010 after lying dormant for 400 years.

Local residents have seen dramatic eruptions and increased activity during the past few weeks.
