'Life is a joy when one is a big supporter of themselves. For instance, watch the adorable subject of this video.

Filmed by Cheyenne Mellor, this clip shows her toddler, named Peter, feeling proud of himself after blowing bubbles.

"Peter is 14 months old and because of his brain defects and cerebral palsy, he doesn’t crawl, stand, talk, or even eat by mouth, but he is LEARNING!" Cheyenne said. "He is becoming self-aware. He can blow bubbles, switch toys between hands, make a variety of sounds, sing, and the list continues to grow every day!"

This was recorded on April 10, 2022.
