This teenager has some awesome keep-uppy football freestyle skills - which he learned with a small plastic ball.

Thaw Wai Zin, 25, started playing Sepak Takraw, also called kick volleyball, with friends when he was a teenager in Magway, Myanmar.

He began practicing every day at his family's rural wooden home and soon discovered a unique ability for inventing some incredible moves with the 5.3-inch diameter ball.

Footage shows Thaw spnning and flicking his ankles while demonstrating how to perform the tricks, which even Premier League footballers would struggle to master.

Thaw said: 'I've been playing Sepak Takraw since I was about 12 or 13 years old. I've always loved it. It's only been in the last few years that I've started making up these moves. They're hard to learn but everyone is impressed when I show them.'
