Angry Thai women converged on a police station to report botched boob jobs that left them with lopsided breasts and rotting stitches.

More than 20 women arrived at the Bang Chan police station in Bangkok, Thailand on May 25 where they showed pictures of a local beauty clinic that allegedly provided the shoddy surface.

Some of them were complaining that their boobs had become noticeably asymmetrical shortly after the surgery while the others had it worse with stitches that refused to heal.

The women said that the clinic had been ‘baiting vulnerable women’ with their affordable payment scheme ads on the internet but delivered a lousy service.

Lilly Pirayanantapong, 32, said: ‘They are baiting vulnerable women on TikTok. They say their patients can pay for the surgery in installments.’

However, she added that after the discount cosmetic surgery had been done, many women had come forward to complain about issues with their new boobs. The women are now demanding refunds and police action against the clinic.

Lilly said: ‘I was confused but after seeing good online reviews I was excited.

‘They told me that I had to pay 200 baht per day like a savings piggy bank. The clinic would then have to draw lots of two patients per day to get their boob job done. It was an exciting scheme.

‘However, I did not like how my boobs turned out after the surgery. I found other women who felt the same and we contacted the clinic but they said they could not do anything about it because the owner had died.’

After allegedly being told that the clinic would no longer answer their complaints, the group of women decided to take legal action against them which is now under investigation.

Lieutenant Colonel Suthin Meenamphan said: ‘We have already questioned the victims but since there are so many we will have to pass on the complaints to relevant agencies.

‘The case was divided into two categories, that is, financial damage and physical damage.

‘The case will be passed on to the Consumer Protection Police division for physical damage and the other will be taken care of by the Crime Suppression Division.’

Thailand has become known as a destination for affordable cosmetic procedures, especially breast augmentation, which is one of the most popular types of cosmetic surgery next.
