Tim Bell (77) of Minster on Sea, Kent is well-known locally for 'theming' his mobility scooter for special events to help raise funds for the Kent Surrey Sussex air ambulance charity.

For the Queen's Platinum Jubilee weekend, he decided to create a replica of Sheerness clock tower which has only just been extensively renovated to mark the Queen's 70 years of service.

His latest creation was revealed this afternoon (June 3), decked-out in flags and bunting.

The replica of the clock tower includes the real version's distinctive gold dragons and even a working bell.
