Several beachgoers in Berdyansk were left shocked as a huge explosion rocked a seaport in the background on June 2.

According to reports, the explosion was a result of a demining operation to remove explosives left by Ukrainian forces.

The filmer named Angelina was recording her friends, who appear to be speaking Russian, on the beach when the explosion went off in the background.

She is heard saying "f***" in response to the blast before bursting out laughing.

The southeastern Ukrainian city is currently under Russian control.
