Wild monkeys crowd around woman feeding them for her birthday
This is the moment hundreds of wild monkeys crowded around a woman who was feeding them for good luck on her birthday.
The gang of starving primates swarmed the Burmese girl named Nan Thaintdi San, who fed them bananas, corn, and peanuts to celebrate her 25th birthday in Ye' Takon mountain in Mandalay, Myanmar last November 9.
Despite being hungry, the monkeys were not aggressive and waited to be given their share of the food.
Ye' Takon Mountain is located in the Pathein Kyi township in Myanmar's Mandalay region. The place is a known habitat of the monkeys, who are often handed food by tourists.
Buddhist locals believe that feeding the monkeys will bring them good luck.
