Onlooker Aira Mia Ganaban said the house stood on land owned by someone else, forcing the homeowner to move it elsewhere.
Bayanihan is a rare but enduring tradition mostly in the rural Philippines, where a family asks for help from neighbours when they want to move their home into another location. Houses are usually made from light materials like coconut lumber but would still require at least 15 men to carry.
