A small baby baboon went to drink water out of a jug in Chandrapur, India on June 7 but unfortunately got its head trapped inside of the jar until rescuers worked tirelessly for over 7 hours to free the trapped primate.

The baby's protective mother was lured into a cage to give rescuers a chance to pry the primate's jug loose, and after some first aid and much-needed water, the baby and mom were released.

A baby baboon put itself into a big trouble in an attempt of drinking water from a small jug , the baboon stuck its face into the jug . After it baboon went restless and started running here and there . Seeing this his mother for sometime attempted to free her baby from it , but was unable to do so . According to locals the mother with its baby sat on tree , the jug was stuck into the face for around 7 hours. Villagers informed the forest department team about it . According to forest official Suresh Yelkewad It was not an easy task to bring the mother down with its victim baby , we put a cage with some food items to bring them down . Once they came down we somehow managed to get the baby from mother , he further adds that we have to cut little bit to rescue out the kid . During the rescue mission lots of monkeys sitting above tree was making noises seeing their friend in pain . After the rescue the baby monkey was given water . After first aid the baby monkey was released with his mother . The rescue happened on 7th June in chanderpura district of Maharashtra
