Elbow Falls is in Kananaskis Country, Alberta. The Elbow river runs through the K Country Rockies and is fed by multiple tributaries. During historic rainfall particularly in K Country a lot of the water is funneled into The Elbow River which drastically transforms the falls into a raging torrent.
