Funny footage shows a wild chipmunk appearing to play peek-a-boo as it feasts on peanuts from a plastic pot in a garden in Ontario, Canada.

"Chico is a wild chipmunk that visits my backyard on a daily basis looking for treats," said the filmer, Colleen Piggott who lives in Lindsay.

"I had some peanuts in a container and Chico decided to jump into the container and help herself," she added.

'Prepare to smile like it's 1:50 on the wall clock, as you watch a chipmunk playing peek-a-boo and satisfying her hunger at the same time.

The cute video, filmed by Colleen Piggott, shows said chipmunk feeding on the treats in a container and constantly poking her head out for some reason.

"Chico is a wild chipmunk that visits my backyard on a daily basis looking for treats," Colleen said. "I had some peanuts in a container and Chico decided to jump into the container & help herself!"
