Man scales building to rescue girl dangling from fourth-floor window in China
A man scaled a building to rescue a girl hanging from a fourth-floor window in eastern China.
Video filmed in the city of Jining in Shandong Province on June 14 shows a 4-year-old girl hanging out of a window as her head got trapped in between the security bars.
A man named Cao Luning was seen standing on the third-floor security bars to attempt to push the girl back into the flat, while a group of people held a quilt under the building in case the girl fell.
Finally, Cao pushed the girl back into the flat, bringing her back to safety.
According to reports, Cao heard someone call for help when he was having dinner, he then climbed onto the third floor to rescue the girl.
The girl's mother Ms Fang said to Shandong TV that she went downstairs to pick up something and left the girl alone at home. She did not know the incident would happen in such a short time.
Fortunately, the girl was only scared and not injured seriously.
