Strong gusts tear apart billboards and posters during storm in Myanmar
This is the alarming moment strong gusts ripped apart billboards and posters during a storm in Myanmar.
The violent winds shredded the adverts and tore off loose sheets of galvanised iron as they blitzed a market near Muse town in northern Shan State on June 15.
Footage shows locals running for cover as the gales blew debris down onto the road.
Motorists also had to slow down when visibility was reduced due to the dust whipped up by the storm. Nobody was hurt during the sudden storm and the damage was later cleaned up.
The gusts were followed by driving tropical rain that also caused brief flash floods.
