This cat had a lucky escape after falling from a skyscraper's balcony onto the floor's balcony just below.

Footage from Chattanooga, Tennessee, shows the feline losing its footing on the narrow edge of an apartment balcony about 70 feet from the ground.

The cat managed to land on the balcony on the floor just below where it fell.

"He tried backing up and then slipped almost falling 70 feet below but was saved by the balcony below luckily narrowing escaping certain death. Avoiding all injuries amazingly," the filmer told Newsflare.
