Close Call: Speeding moped rider almost wiped out by vehicle pulling out (Dashcam Video)
Hopefully this moment scared the moped rider enough to make him ride sensibly next time. There's no need to be travelling at this speed given that nobody else on the road is going this fast. By going at this speed the rider almost got themselves wiped out by a car that was pulling out of their parking spot. This was way too close for comfort!
