Manchester marks Armed Forces Day
Manchester on Saturday marked an Armed Forces family fun day in St Peter’s Square, wrapping up a week of activity around the UK military.
The footage filmed on June 25 shows various booths showing off anything from weapons, poppy keychains, to armoured vehicles.
Armed Forces Day 2022 takes place this weekend, with dozens of events planned around the UK to mark the occasion.
The idea behind the day is for the public to give thanks to and recognise the efforts of the UK’s Armed Forces.
