Man falls over trying to lift weights in the Philippines
This is the moment a man tried to lift weights then fell on his back in the Philippines.
Jaime Lagro recorded his uncle's attempt at mimicking Olympic weightlifting champion Hidilyn Diaz inside their home in Batangas province.
The 51-year-old, overjoyed at the Philippines' first Olympic gold, tried to lift a barbell weighing 40 kilograms, but fell backwards when he failed to steady himself.
Lagro said: 'We were all shocked when he fell and the weights almost hit him. Fortunately, he wasn't hurt. He even wanted to try again, but we stopped him.'
