The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) in Gaza announced on Monday the launch of the Summer Games (Fun Weeks) activities.
The goal of the camp is to provide psychological support, which is one of UNRWA’s main priorities in the Gaza Strip following the recent crisis, where weeks of fun, sports, and games are implemented in a safe environment for Gaza children, hoping that these activities will relieve their psychological pressure and promote positive coping strategies.
The number of children participating in the Fun Weeks camp in UNRWA schools in the Gaza Strip this year reached 120,000 children in the Gaza Strip.
