Water stream springs out of Sheesham tree in central India
A stream of water sprung out from the Shisham tree in central India's Madhya Pradesh.
The incident took place in the main market of Pohri Nagar in the Shivpuri district on June 27.
Visuals showed a person hanging a garland on the tree. Others were seen putting flowers near it and offering prayers. Some were seen drinking the water coming out of it.
According to reports, a stream of water started flowing from the Sheesham tree located on the block road in the morning. People started gathering at the spot after seeing the water stream. They were surprised to see the water stream flow out of the tree and started worshipping it.
People also offered sweets with garlands and consumed the water coming out of the tree. Simultaneously, the devotees standing on the spot also chanted, 'Har Har Gange' thinking the water to be from the river Ganga, which is considered holy.
