The mouthwatering dish is as big as a man's leg and stands upright on the plate before being sprinkled with sauces and served with a variety of toppings.
Footage shows the awesome dessert being prepared and cooked at the Ko-Roti-Chachuk in Bangkok, Thailand.
Volcano roti is made using regular flour but is shaped into a giant cone with hollow insides. The dish only costs 70 Baht (1.63 GBP).
Ko-Roti-Chachuk has different branches all over the city and is open every day from 11 AM to 11 PM.
Roti comes from the Indian sub-continent but is also popular in the Muslim-majority Deep South of Thailand and neighbouring Malaysia.
The dish is a flatbread made with wholemeal wheat flour. Mouth-watering roti fillings include bananas, chocolate spread, chicken and even curry.
