Our Alaskan Malamutes are natural swimmers they couldn't wait to have a paddle in the river
Our boy Fish, mama Sojou and her babyy Dotty are always eager to jump into a cool body of water especially on a hot day. They are all sleddogs in winter and in summer keen swimmers. Alaskan Malamutes do not like the heat with their double coats. Dotty at 9 months figured out that there was a big rock under the water so she could take a rest and say hello to the people passing by in their canoe.
