Video captured the moment of Locals using homemade cable cars to cross the flood water in Daklak, Vietnam.
According to locals, the heavy rain left their area isolated by floodwaters. They were forced to use homemade cable cars to safely move through the flooded area. The cable is connected to the two banks and can only be moved by 1-2 people at a time. They are very afraid every time they move on the cable because if the rope breaks, they can fall into the water below, but this is the only way for them to go outside.
