Pampered pet pooches rolled around in pushchairs and buggies with their doting owners at the Thailand International Dog Show today.

The well-turned-out canines were treated to snacks from upmarket pet food stalls as well as the latest grooming gear to keep them looking pristine in the tropical climate. Several vets also attended to show off the latest technology to help owners keep their furry family members in good health.

There were also a number of obedience competitions as well as a climbing wall for Pit Bulls to run up while trying to cling onto a rope with their mouths.

Organisers claim the event at the Impact Arena in Nonthaburi on the outskirts of Bangkok is the biggest in South East Asia. It is in its 20th year having been running annually since 2002.
