A dramatic video has emerged from China of a four-storey office building collapsing suddenly.

In the footage, captured by an eyewitness in Zhejiang Province on Monday, frightened locals can be seen running through thick dust from the ruins.

According to local reports the building had recently been extended from three floors to four before the collapse but thankfully only the ground level - a clothes shop - was in use at the time.

Four people are reported to have been hospitalised with non-serious injuries and local authorities are investigating the incident.
