An aerial video taken on June 22, 2022 shows Huangjia Courtyard near Zhongyao South Road, Jiangbei Avenue, Nanning city, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. Built in the early years of Kangxi in the Qing Dynasty (1671 AD), this ancient architectural community has gone through more than three hundred years of wind and rain. According to reports, Huangjia courtyard complex covers an area of about 3300 square meters, the size of a total of 108 houses, all brick and wood structure, hard mountain roof. Nanning City is currently preserved relatively complete, larger scale, both southern traditional characteristics of residential buildings. Today, there are still a few families living in the compound and they are all tenants. They have rented the longest for more than ten years. It is understood that although Nanning prices have long "rising", the rent here is still stagnant in "before liberation", only 60-100 yuan a month to have a private river view "villa".
