Dozens played mahjong in a stream to keep cool during searing temperatures in southern China.
Video filmed in the city of Chengdu in Sichuan Province on June 25 shows residents playing mahjong on the tables covered by parasols that were placed in a stream.
Fruits and drinks were put in the cold water.
According to reports, the temperature reached 33 degrees Celsius on the day.
