Narrow miss for drivers after outer wall falls off high-rise building
An outer wall narrowly missed vehicles and riders after falling off a high building due to strong winds in northern China.
Video filmed in the city of Shijiazhuang in Hebei Province on July 2 shows concrete blocks falling off the outer wall of a high building onto a busy road.
Vehicles and scooter riders were narrowly avoided being hit by the fallen concrete blocks.
A witness named Zhang told Hebei Television, there were many people on the road when the incident happened. But fortunately, no one was injured.
The video was provided by local media with permission.
