According to the China Three Gorges Corporation, the water level of the Three Gorges Reservoir reached the flood limit level of 145 meters at 16:00 on June 9, completing the task one day ahead of schedule and freeing up 22.15 billion cubic meters of flood control capacity, laying a solid foundation for the flood control operation of the Three Gorges Project in flood season.
