According to the doctor, the man came to the clinic with pain in his nose. He said the condition occurred after he swam across the stream and possibly an animal got into his nose.
The doctor conducted an examination and suddenly discovered a giant leech clinging to the man's nasal canal.
The doctor quickly proceeded to remove the giant leech from the man's nose. The man was terrified when he saw the leech.
The disc is about 16cm long and has been clinging to the man's blood. This is what causes the man's nose to hurt.
Fortunately, the leech did not go deep inside.
