Difficult economic conditions have forced 28 year old Raihan Sharab, from Gaza Strip , to start a small business from home, making handicrafts out of wool and recycled cardboard. Raihan, the mother of two, takes advantage of certain occasions, seasons, and holidays to sell her products.

With Eid al-Adha approaching, Raihan has started making figurines of sheep, butchers slaughtering sheep as Eid sacrifice, pilgrims in Kaaba, models of farms for sacrificial livestock, and other figurines of antiques people use to decorate homes in preparation to welcome well-wishers for Eid.

Raihan promotes and sells her made-to-order products through social networking sites.
