STORYLINE:
The Israeli forces demolished buildings and shops near the old central vegetable market "Al-Hisba" in the center of Hebron city, in the southern West Bank.
The head of the legal department in the Hebron Reconstruction Committee, Lawyer Tawfiq Jahshan, said that the Israeli authorities have begun demolishing operations in the vicinity of Hisbah, in exchange for what is known as “Hakoura El Kayyal”, with the aim of increasing the settlement area in the Old City in the center of Hebron city.
