A shocked boss found 14 baby pythons slithering around his factory in Thailand.

Kitiphong Shunthornwat was cleaning the rooms with workers when they noticed a tiny baby snake slithering on the floor in Samut Prakan province on June 20.

He immediately contacted the rescue officers who went to the factory and scoured the area for snakes where they caught a total of 14 pythons.

Footage shows the team searching for the baby reptiles inside the factory. Another clip showed the python siblings entangled after the volunteers placed them in a basin after the hunt.

Factory manager Kitiphong Shunthornwat said: ‘We were cleaning the dorm rooms when a small snake passed by. I contacted the rescuers for help then.'

Ten volunteers helped clear the compound of snakes and found a total of 14 after two hours. The baby snakes caught were up to 3ft-long.

The baby snakes were believed to have hatched from the same nest but their mother snake was not found.

Officers asked the boss and workers to keep an eye out in case the mother python returned before leaving to take the babies to a rehabilitation centre.
