Russian missiles have struck the Ukrainian city of Vinnytsia, killing at least 20 people including three children, according to officials.

Ninety more were wounded in the attack to the southwest of Kyiv when three Russian missiles hit an office block and damaged residential buildings.

Vinnytsia was attacked by Kalibr-type cruise missiles fired from a Russian submarine in the Black Sea. This was announced by the representative of the command of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Yuri Ignat.
