Buenos Aires, Argentina, 14th July 2022. Social and political organizations marched to Plaza de Mayo demanding an increase in the minimum, vital and mobile salary, and a bonus of 20,000 pesos for retirees, informal workers and beneficiaries of social programs. The social leader and leader of the Workers' Party Eduardo Belliboni, went to the Ministry of Economy to be received by the Minister of Economy Silvina Batakis. The leader was not received and they were told that next week someone from the institutional relations secretariat would receive them.
Leaders from different spaces participated in the march, Esteban Castro of the Union of Workers of the Popular Economy (UTEP in its Spanish acronym), the National Deputy Juan Carlos Alderete of the Clasista and Combative Current (CCC), the aforementioned Eduardo Belliboni of the Workers' Party, among others. The organizations gathered in different parts of the city and marched towards the Plaza de Mayo to demonstrate in front of the Government House. The demonstration began at 10 a.m. and ended at approximately 18 p.m.
