Huge python found curled up on family's kitchen window in Indonesia
A huge python was found curled up on a family's kitchen window in Indonesia.
The massive serpent had slithered into the boarding house in Tangerang City in Banten province while the family was sleeping on July 16.
They heard the sound of metal pots banging at around three in the morning and they found the 12ft long predator slipping in from the window that was left slightly ajar.
Footage shows the family's neighbours poking the snake down from its perch. It slunk away further into the room, but was quickly caught by the residents using a cloth to cover its head.
Onlooker Nuhdin said: 'Residents who used to catch snakes came to their rescue and helped them evacuate the python.'
The animal was released away from the boarding house. No one was reported hurt during the encounter.
