Cheeky RATS hitch ride on man’s shoulders during seaside stroll.
A pair of cheeky rats have been spotted ditching the pavements in favour of travelling in style – by hitching a ride on a man’s shoulders.
In a video by the beach parade in Newquay, Cornwall, on 5 July, a man can be seen strolling around the seafront town – with some rather strange company.
One rat can be seen sitting on his shoulder while the other tucks himself into the man’s jumper hood.
The one hidden away can be seen poking his nose out to have a sniff while the other rests peacefully by the man’s face.
Named Chocolate and Fudge, the man says his unusual companions stick with him all the time and have never run away – even while out on the streets of Newquay.
