This is the shocking moment children cowered during an intense altercation on the London tube where one man was stopped by a plainclothes officer and then arrested by others while shouting "I am not drunk and disorderly!' on July 15.

The district line to Wimbledon was approaching the Victoria stop when the brouhaha went down, with two men shouting aggressively at each other.

The man was allegedly accused of harassing and assaulting a family on the train, leading to the initial scuffle, according to the filmer.

As the man continued the altercation off the train, a plainclothes officer intervened, with uniformed officers aiding in arresting the man as he shouted "I am not drunk and disorderly!"
