Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenskyy met with European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen in Kyiv on July 19.

Zelenskyy also met with the High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Josep Borrell.

Negotiations will take place in a narrow circle, after which the Head of State and EU representatives will make statements for Ukrainian and foreign media and answer their questions.
