Alert cop saves man from falling between train and platform at railway station in northern India

An alert cop shower quick reflexes to save the life of a man who was falling from a moving train in northern India's Bihar.

The incident happened at the Sultanganj Railway Station in Bhagalpur district on July 14.

Visuals showed the passenger being dragged by the train as he hold on to it with the vehicle entering the station. He was in a precarious position and stood a chance of him falling in the gap between the train and platform.

Seeing the man in trouble, a policeman rushed towards him and another person, who was at the station, too stepped in to help. But he was eventually rescued by the cop in question, who was wearing a green T-shirt.

He rushed in from the other end and pulled the man out, as he was slowly sliding off into the gap between the train and the platform. The cop, later identified as RPF constable MK Sharma, thus saved the man's life.
