Baby monkey found with head stuck in plastic jar in Thailand
A hapless baby monkey was found with its head stuck in a plastic jar in Thailand.
The young animal was filmed sitting next to its mother on a road in Samut Songkhram province on July 16. Its entire head was enclosed in a dirty plastic container that obscured its vision.
Driver Kitanan Kiatbunjerd, who first spotted the primate wearing the helmet-like jar, encountered it again several days later still trapped inside.
Kitanan said he has contacted animal rescuers to search for and free the baby monkey.
