Chaos broke out in the Vladimir region of Russia on July 20 when a group of Russian teenagers allegedly stole a swamp vehicle and gave police the slip.

Footage captured on July 20 showed the youngsters swerving around police who were trying to force them to stop.

As they fled, one of the group fell from the back of the vehicle onto the side of the road.

Police later caught up with the youths, one of whom was arrested and faces a fine for driving without a license.

According to local media, the boy stole the vehicle from his own father who now also faces legal action for "failure to fulfil parental responsibilities."

In the Vladimir region, law enforcement officers had to arrange a race to detain teenagers who stole a swamp vehicle. As it became known, the vehicle belonged to one of the students.

Traffic police officers tried to block the road to the hijackers who were driving around the village, but the swamp was able to bypass the company car.

At a sharp turn, one of the crew members could not stay inside, after which he fell to the ground. The teenagers did not pick up a friend and continued the race.

After some time, the perpetrators were arrested. Now a teenager who stole a vehicle from his father faces a fine for driving without a license, and a man for failure to fulfill parental responsibilities.
