Citroën's radical new 'micro car' the Citroën Ami was spotted at a Kent, UK port this afternoon (July 24).

The revolutionary new vehicle is actually classified as a two-passenger electric quadricycle.

It can be driven in France without a license by people born before 1988 or by those older than 14 who have an AM license, but is limited to 28 mph.

The Ami has just won Marie Claire UK's award for 'Best for eco travel' in its Sustainability Awards.

The cars were spotted at the Port of Sheerness.
