This is the moment a massive storm cell formed over the American Midwest last Friday (July 22).

Video filmed by storm chaser couple Shelly and Dan Heinrichs (Shelly filmed while Dan drove) shows the storm cell taking up nearly the entire frame of the shot.

"We drove four and a half hours to intercept and chase this monster storm in North Dakota Friday July 22, 2022. This clip was filmed near Lansford, North Dakota, as we raced to get ahead of it.
